Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the UW computer network from locations in the basement of Knight Hall.
More details:
At approximately 8:45 am this morning, Monday, March 24th, IT was aware of problems with network connectivity in the east end of the Knight Hall basement, including the Testing Center.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 10:00 am, Monday, March 24th.
