At approximately 11:00 am this morning, Thursday, January 2nd, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of the RMS housing management system.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel restored service by 1:05 pm, Thursday, January 2nd. However, the system became unavailable later in the afternoon. IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 4:10 pm, Thursday, January 2nd..
