Users of voice mail services at UW.

As of approximately 7:30 am this morning, Monday, December 16th, IT was aware of problems affecting voice mail service. Some calls to voice mail were not completing correctly.

Problem resolution:

Microsoft restored normal service by 1:45 pm, Monday, December 16th.
