Users attempting to access the UW computer network or the VoIP telephone system from locations in Health Sciences and Pharmacy building.

At approximately 7:30 am this morning, Monday, December 9th, IT was aware of network hardware problems affecting the availability of network connections, including data and phone, in the Health Sciences and Pharmacy buildings.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel restored normal service at 8:30 am, Monday, December 9th.
