Who is affected?

Some users of the UW Unified Messaging telephone voice mail system.

At approximately 10:50 am today, Tuesday, June 23rd, IT was aware of problems with the software that controls message waiting indicator lights on UW telephone sets. Although all users may not be affected, it is estimated that a majority of users have been affected.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 3:40 pm, Tuesday, June 23rd.
