Who is affected?

Users attempting to call the IT Help Desk telephone number at 766-4357, or other campus phone numbers answered by auto attendants. Voice messaging is also affected.

At approximately 8:30 am this morning, Tuesday, October 29th, IT was aware of problems with telephone service to the IT Help Desk number, 766-4357, and other campus phone numbers answered by auto attendants. Voice messaging is also affected.

Problem resolution:

As of 12:25 pm Microsoft is reporting that problems with Office 365 Unified Messaging have been corrected.
