Who is affected?

Users attempting to request "WWW Redirect Work" on the Central Site Requests web page.

At approximately 3:15 pm today, Thursday, October 10th, IT was aware of problems with the functionality of the "Request WWW Redirect Work" button on the Central Site Requests web page.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:15 am, Friday, October 11th.
