Who is affected?
User's attempting to access their files on Office 365 SkyDrive are receiving an "Access Denied" message.
More details:
At Approximately 1:08pm on Wednesday, September 4th IT personnel became aware of the issue.
Problem resolution:
The problem was corrected and normal service restored by 5:00 pm, Wednesday, September 4th.
