Who is affected?
Users connecting to Office 365 using Outlook.
More details:
This morning, Thursday, May 2nd, IT became aware of problems with Office 365 email for users attempting to connect via Outlook. Outlook Web App and ActiveSync on phones and tablets is working properly.
Problem resolution:
The problem was resolved by 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 2nd.
