Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the UW computer network from locations on the second floor of the Engineering building.

More details:

At approximately 10:00 am this morning, Tuesday, May 12th, IT received reports from users on the second floor of the Engineering building that network connections were unavailable.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel replaced faulty hardware and restored normal service by 10:30 am, Tuesday, May 12th.
