Users attempting to access Banner self-service.
More details:
At start of business this morning, Wednesday, March 13th, IT received calls from users reporting the inability to log into Banner self-service.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 8:30 am, Wednesday, March 13th.
