Who is affected?
Users connected-to or attempting to connect to the UWStudent Remote Lab System.
More details:
At 1:38 pm today, Monday, May 4th, the UWStudent Remote Lab System web service became unavailable, disconnecting logged-on users.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 1:55 pm, Monday, May 4th.
Users who were logged-on at the time should be able to reconnect to their previous session. Directions for connecting to the remote lab system can be found at http://www.uwyo.edu/ASKIT/displaydoc.asp?askitdocid=2281&parentid=1.
