Knight Hall Internet Access Problems

Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the Internet from computers in Knight Hall.

More details:

At approximately 1:30 pm today, Tuesday, January 22nd, IT was aware of users in Knight Hall having difficulties accessing the Internet.

Problem resolution:

An unauthorized DHCP server in Knight Hall was found to be supplying faulty information to computers in Knight Hall. The problem has been corrected, however, users may need to restart their computers or run ipconfig/renew from the command prompt to restore Internet access.
