Users attempting to place telephone calls or access the UW computer network and the Internet from UW locations in the First National Bank building.

At approximately 9:00 am this morning, Tuesday, January 22nd, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of telephone service and computer network access at locations in the First National Bank building.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:35 am, Tuesday, January 22nd.
