Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the Banner system, including WyoWeb.

More details:

At 9:00 am this morning, Monday, May 4th, a hardware failure caused the UW Banner system to become unavailable.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 1:00 pm, Monday, May 4th.

Banner self-service channels on WyoWeb were restored by 5:00 pm, Monday, May 4th.
