Who is affected?

Campus wireless users attempting to access the Medicat system.

More details:

At approximately 8:15 am this morning, Monday, January 14th, IT had received calls from users reporting that the Medicat system was uanavailable. Futher investigation found that the system was available from computers with ethernet network connections, but not from computer using wireless network connections.

Problem resolution:

The problem has been resolved.
