Certificate Expiration Problem Affects Wireless Users

Who is affected?
Users of the UW wireless network and of software that checks certificate validity.
More details:
At approximately 10:45 am this morning, Friday, January 11th, IT was aware of expired certificates affecting secure network communication. Wireless clients will be the most likely to notice this issue.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:50 pm, Friday, January 11th. Users may need to trust the new certificates when first encountered.
