Who is affected?

Users attempting to access their Course Information from WyoWeb.

More details:

They are receiving a "Can't Service request to /cp/school/" error message.

Problem resolution:

The issue was due to Fall term being closed in eCollege. The Outreach offices have corrected this issue.
