Who is affected?
User's attempting to access Banner Self Service channels (Registration Tools, Employee Self Service, ETC) may get a "CPIP Notification: loginuser request failed for hrss" Error.
Also when trying to access the My Courses link from WyoWeb people are receving "Can't service request to /cp/school/.
More details:
At Approximately 7:35AM, on Monday, December 17th, IT became aware of an issue logging into Banner Self Service.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service at 10:12AM on Monday, December 17th.
