Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the UW network and the Internet from locations in the Bison Run apartments.

More details:

At approximately 11:00 am this morning, Thursday, September 6th, IT was aware of problems with network hardware which was affecting the availability of network connections in some of the apartments in Bison Run building 7.

Problem resolution:

Electrical problems were repaired and normal service restored by approximately 12:30 pm, Friday, September 7th.
