Who is affected?

Users attempting to connect to the UW computer network from locations in the west end of Orr Hall.

More details:

At approximately 1:30 pm today, Wednesday, August 29th, IT was aware of problems with network hardware in Orr Hall affecting the availability of network access in the west end of the building.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel replaced faulty hardware and restored normal service by 2:00 pm today, Wednesday, August 29th.
