At approximately 1:30 pm today, Thursday, August 23rd, IT had received calls from users reporting problems with BlackBerry access to UW email.

Problem resolution:

The problem has been resolved. BlackBerry users who experience problems should contact the IT Telecom Help Desk at 766-4357, option 2.
