Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the ERDAS Imagine application.
More details:
At approximately 6:45 pm, Wednesday, August 22nd, IT was aware of problems with the ERDAS Imagine license server which affected availability of the application.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:30 am, Thursday, August 23rd.
