Users attempting to connect to the UW computer network from locations in the Bison Run apartments.

More details:

At approximately 11:55 am this morning, Thursday, August 16th, IT had received calls from users reporting the unavailability of network access in the Bison Run apartments.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:50 pm, Thursday, August 16th.
