At 11:30 am this morning, Monday, August 13th, IT was aware of problems with storage hardware resulting in the possiblity of degraded service for several central software systems, including Exchange, PeopleSoft and Central Web services.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:40 am, Monday, August 13th.
