Who is affected?

Users on the ground level floor of Coe Library will not be able to access the network.

More details:

At approximately 8:31am, Monday, August 6th, IT became aware of a downed switch in Coe Library.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 7:19 pm on Wednesday, August 8th.

The switch has been restored to service but a component has failed and will have to be replaced. Until that time this switch will remain unreliable. We are working to provision a spare at this time.
