Who is affected?
Users of the ResNet residential network.
More details:
At 1:00 am on Sunday, July 29th, a network hardware failure resulted in loss of network access for all ResNet users in the dormitories and student apartments.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 6:30 am, Sunday, July 29th.
