Users attempting to view file attachments within OWA.

More details:

Due to a known security issue with Web Ready Document Viewing in Outlook Web App, IT has disable Web Ready Document Viewing in OWA. Users will not be able to directly view supported file types inside Outlook Web Access and instead will need to download them to the local computer and open them with a program on the computer.

Problem resolution:

IT Personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service on Monday, September 17th, at 7:46:00 am.
