Who is affected?

Users attempting to use some features of UW's Outlook Web Access.

At approximately 8:40 am this morning, Monday, July 23rd, IT was aware of problems affecting some features of the Outlook Web Access email system. Users are typically able to log in and read messages, but some users may experience problems sending messages.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by approximately 9:15 am, Monday, July 23rd.
