Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the Hershey imaging system.
More details:
At approximately 8:10 am this morning, Monday, June 18th, IT had received calls from users reporting the unavailability of the Hershey imaging system.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 8:45 am, Monday, June 18th.
