Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the UW computer network and telephone service from the Carbon Management Institute offices in the First National Bank builiding.

At approximately 10:00 am this morning, Wednesday, May 9th, IT had received calls from users reporting unavailability of network connections and telephone service in the Carbon Management Institute offices.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:30 am, Wednesday, May 9th.
