Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the UW computer network from locations in Ross Hall.
More details:
At approximately 8:30 am this morning, Friday, May 4th, IT had received calls from users reporting that network connections were unavailable from certain locations in Ross Hall.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected a network hardware failure and restored normal service by 8:52 am, Friday, May 4th.
