Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the UW computer network and the Internet from locations in White Hall.
More details:
At approximately 7:55 am this morning, Tuesday, March 27th, IT was aware of a failed network hardware component affecting network access in White Hall.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel replaced faulty network hardware and restored normal service by 12:00 pm, Tuesday, March 27th.
