Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the UW computer network and the Internet from locations in White Hall.
More details:
At approximately 9:00 am, Sunday, March 25th, IT was aware of a failed network hardware component affecting network access in White Hall.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel replaced the failed hardware and restored normal service by 10:30 am, Sunday, March 25th.
