More details:

At approximately 10:30 am, Thursday, March 15th, users reported problems when trying to access the Internet.  This issue is being cause by problems with the BiSON ring.  There will be intermittent internet outages while these problems are being resolved. 

Problem resolution:

Internet access has been restored as of 1:30 pm, Thursday, March 15th.
