At approximately 9:50 am this morning, Thursday, February 16th, IT had received calls from users reporting that the Medicat system was not responding.

Problem resolution:

Medicat was responding normally by 11:28 am, Thursday, February 16th. IT personnel are monitoring system performance and availability.
