At approximately 1:10 pm this afternoon, Monday, February 13th, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of the MEDICAT Student Health records system.

Problem resolution:

Closed 2/15, 2:00 pm:

Emergency maintenance measures taken overnight have corrected all lingering performance issues - normal service restored.

Updated 2/14, 7:40 am:

MEDICAT experienced another service interruption overnight. Service was restored by approximately 7:40 am today, Tuesday, February 14th.

Updated 2/13, 2:40 pm:

IT personnel restored service by 2:40 pm, Monday, February 13th, however, users may experience slow performance. IT personnel continue to work to restore normal service.
