Who is affected?

Individuals who create or modify user accounts and users who have had accounts recently created or modified.

More details:

Overnight on Tuesday, February 7th, a backlog of UW computer account creation/modification transactions developed, delaying any subsequent account creations or modifications.

Problem resolution:

As of early morning, Friday, February 10th, the backlog of transactions had cleared and new account creation/modification processing had returned to normal.
