Who is affected?
Users attempting to print via the UW computer network.
More details:
At approximately 2:45 this afternoon, Friday, November 18th, IT was aware of problems resulting in the unavailability of the Printpress network printing service.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 3:00 pm, Friday, November 18th.
