Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the UW computer network from locations in Downey Hall.
More details:
This morning, Tuesday, October 25th, IT was aware of network connection performance problems in Downey Hall, including wireless and possibly wired connections.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel restarted a network switch and restored normal service at approximately 12:00 pm, Tuesday, October 25th.
