Who is affected?
ResNet users attempting to access a number of public websites.
More details:
Late Thursday afternoon, October 13th, IT had received calls from ResNet users reporting the unavailability of some public websites.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected a network configuration error resulting from system updates made early Thursday morning and restored normal service by approximately 5:50 pm, Thursday, October 13th.
