Time displaying incorrectly on Cisco Phones

Who is affected?
User's with cisco phones time will display incorrectly due to a patch applied last week for daylight savings.
More details:
Over the weekend, the support vendor, ISC, installed the correct ‘permanent’ patch. This has caused the Cisco phones to display the incorrect time. To finalize this patch, the system will need to be stopped and all Cisco phones will reset.
Problem resolution:
This has been resolved and times are displaying correctly this morning.
