Users attempting to access the UW computer network and the Internet from locations in Downey Hall and UW apartments.

More details:

At approximately 2:15 pm today, Thursday, August 25th, IT had received calls from users reporting network connectivity problems in Downey Hall, Landmark and Spanish Walk apartments.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by approximately 5:00 pm, Thursday, August 25th.
