Who is affected?
Users attempting to log into their TransPark account through the TransPark channel in WyoWeb.
More details:
At approximately 8:00 am this morning, Wednesday, August 10th, IT was aware of a problem with single sign-on to TransPark accounts via the WyoWeb TransPark channel.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by approximately 1:00 pm, Wednesday, August 10th.
