Users attempting to access the UW computer network from locations in Ross Hall.

At aproximately 8:45 am this morning, Friday, June 17th, IT had received multiple calls from users reporting the unavailability of network connections from locations in Ross Hall.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:00 am, Friday, June 17th.
