Who is affected?
Users of the Banner Operational Data Store (ODS).
More details:
At approximately 10:15 am this morning, Tuesday,June 14th, IT was aware of problems with the availability of the Operational Data Store (ODS) System.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 8:00 am, Thursday, June 16th.
