Who is affected?
Users of the Banner Operational Data Store (ODS).
More details:
On Tuesday afternoon, May 24th, IT was aware of problems with the Operational Data Store (ODS) System receiving updates from the Banner System.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by approximately 4:00 am, Friday, May 27th.
