Who is affected?
Callers to UW telephone numbers answered by auto-attendants.
More details:
At approximately 9:00 am this morning, Friday, May 13th, IT was aware that all auto attendants handled through Exchange Unified Messaging are currently not working.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 10:45 am, Friday, May 13th.
