Who is affected?
Users calling from campus Nortel phone sets or from off-campus phones.
More details:
At start of business today, Monday, May 9th, IT was aware of problems with auto-attendants on the UW telephone system. Calls from campus Nortel phone sets and calls from off-campus are unable to reach UW auto-attendants.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel restored normal service by 9:15 am, Monday, May 9th.
