Who is affected?
People trying to access Outreach server information.
More details:
At approximately 2:56PM, March 23rd, IT became aware of a switch issue to the Centrex Building.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel are investigating the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.
The switch rebooted and caused a temporary outage. The switch is back up now.
